i read an article today (in a rival men's magazine, details) about a street vendor called "skillet" that serves up burgers topped with "bacon jam." research that one and get back to me...how does that work?
I've done some readings. Word is that it's really more of a chutney as opposed to a jam. And now I'm upset that I didn't go to Skillet when I was in Seattle.
